Rental policies:
Cancellation policy:
Any cancellation must be given in writing to the Landlord and it is for the Tenant to ensure communication of the same to the Landlord.
Upon cancellation the following terms will apply:
- If cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to scheduled entry the Tenant is liable to pay 30% of the entire rent.
- If cancellation is made between 31-59 days prior to scheduled entry the Tenant is liable to pay 50% of the entire rent.
- If cancellation is made between 0 - 30 days prior to scheduled entry the Tenant is liable to pay 100% of the entire rent.
In case of a cancellation, the Landlord will endeavour to find alternative tenants and if he successfully re-lets the Property the Tenant will be charged 15% of the rent agreed for the period for which the Property has been re-let. The above terms will apply for any period the Property remained vacant as a result of the cancellation.
After taking possession of the property no cancellation will be permitted and the entire rent will be forfeited.

Deposit Requirments: 50% of the total rent

Final Cleaning Fees: 300 NIS

Minimum Stay requirment: Min 7 nights, high season- min 2 weeks
