This is a 6-room duplex apartment on 7 & 8 floor, 300 meters from Netanya's Mediterranean beach. 7-th floor holds a full-fledged penthouse including a large balcony with open view. On 8-th floor there are 3 bedrooms and an additional large balcony. It is comfortable for up to 10-12 persons. Each floor has one large sunny terrace.
We are located next to "Argaman beach", the second largest beach of Netanya which can be seen on GoogleEarth. Between us and this beach starts the new 10-km long promenade along the sea-cliff of Netanya. At our street's other corner starts a large park with free-to-use workout instruments and attractions for children.
